I am an experienced fully qualified swimming teacher who is affiliated with Eastern Gauteng Aquatics (EGA).
Lesson Focus
The lessons focus on fluidity and correct movements of each stroke
They will also learn valuable techniques which will assist your toddler with competitive swimming.
Some skills learnt
Breathing, buoyancy and balancing are the most important techniques for a toddler to learn in swimming
These lessons include fun and interactive games such as fetching sunken objects from the bottom of the pool.
