I am an experienced fully qualified swimming teacher who is affiliated with Eastern Gauteng Aquatics (EGA) and Swim South Africa
Lesson Focus
The lessons focus on fluidity of movement and correct body position for each stroke.
They will also learn valuable techniques which will assist the children with competitive swimming at school.
Enhancing their skills and techniques in diving, tumble turns and the basic strokes are taught.
Some skills learnt
Submersion, floating, breathing, buoyancy and balancing are the most important techniques for a child to learn in swimming These lessons include fun and interactive games such as fetching sunken objects from the bottom of the pool
